Questions.
About your Chronicle
The full record you're building — everything you've written across your Lists: the homes you've lived in, the jobs you've held, the years that mattered, and anything else you choose to add.
A guided set of questions about one part of your life — your homes, your jobs, the people you've known. Answer at your own pace. Each completed List becomes part of your Chronicle.
Your Chronicle is everything you've written — the whole record, private to you. Your Portrait is what you choose to share: your memories, arranged and introduced, ready for the people you invite in.
No. Every word you write stays exactly as you wrote it — nothing is edited, paraphrased, or improved. AI helps arrange your memories into a Portrait and write the connective introductions between them. Whenever someone reads deeper into a moment, they're reading you, not a rewrite.
As long as you'd like. A few minutes now, a few minutes later. Nothing has to happen in one sitting.
Privacy and sharing
The people you choose to share your Portrait with. Never public, never searchable — only the people you've personally invited.
No one, until you invite them. Your Chronicle is private by default, and only your Inner Circle can read your Portrait — only once you've asked them in.
Yes. Every memory's privacy can be changed anytime, on its own, without affecting the rest of your Chronicle. You're always in control — you can even keep your whole Chronicle private, indefinitely, if that's what feels right.
Someone you invite to add their own perspective to one specific memory — only that memory, nothing else in your Chronicle.
Encrypted, kept on U.S. servers, and never sold or shared with advertisers. It exists for you, not for anyone else.
Pricing and your record
There's something better: a free tier with no expiration. Begin your Chronicle, see what it becomes, and subscribe whenever you're ready — not before.
Nothing is deleted, and nothing is locked away. Your record stays exactly as you left it — you just can't add anything new until you subscribe again.
Yes, at no cost. Request an export and you'll get everything you've written — every photo, in full.
Room to keep going: unlimited entries and photos, a larger Inner Circle, and the option to name a caretaker or successor to keep your Chronicle for you.
